The house is situated at 88b Umkomaas Road, Alphen Park, Pretoria. It is well situated for both business and pleasure.

 

The two larger bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, smart tv’s with DSTV and has ample cupboard space. The other two bedrooms each has two single beds but can be configured as king size beds for couples. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with a lavishly large shower, with the other three rooms serviced by the remaining 2.5 bathrooms.

 

The living area leads out to a spacious patio with built in braai. Good quality bushveld wood is for sale at the premises.

 

The house is serviced on weekdays and weekend servicing can be arranged at a cost.
